OEC Fluid Handling has provided engineered Gorman-Rupp petroleum pumps for the safe and efficient handling of refined petroleum products for over 40 years. OEC Gorman Rupp pump assemblies are found in tank farms, bulk plants, fueling terminals and aircraft fueling facilities. Rail tank car, barge, truck loading & unloading for gasoline, fuel oil, biodiesel, DEF, and ethanol have utilized Gorman Rupp and OEC Fluid Handing. You can rely on OEC Fluid Handling for your refined fuel pumps.
Roto-Prime Self-Priming Centrifugal
Roto-Prime® self priming centrifugal pumps are specifically designed for pumping petroleum products, petrochemicals, solvents, biofuels and todays’ fuel formulations. The Roto-Prime design incorporates a variable capacity vane pump which quickly and automatically evacuates air and vapor, making them ideal for off loading transports and stripping hoses.
Sizes: 3″ x 2″ to 6″ x 5″
Max Capacity: 1460 GPM
Max Head: 390′
Seal Elastomer: Viton or Teflon
Material of Construction: Ductile Iron, Cast Iron
O Series Pumps
Gorman-Rupp O Series® self-priming centrifugal pumps have a straight-in suction design which eliminates entrance restrictions and provides better performance when handling refined petroleum products, solvents and similar liquids. O Series are available frame mount or close coupled to electric motors.
Sizes: 2″ to 6″
Max Capacity: 1350 GPM
Max Head: 400′
Seal Elastomer: Viton
Material of Construction: Gray Iron & Aluminum
80 Series Pumps
80 Series® are designed for high efficiency with its straight-in suction design. Liquid enters directly into the eye of the impeller also providing quick and positive self priming. A suction check valve prevents in-line flow when the pump is shut off. 80 Series pumps are available with self-lubricated mechanical shaft seals.
Sizes: 1 1/4″ to 8″
Max Capacity: 2100 GPM
Max Head: 210′
Seal Elastomer: Viton or Teflon
Material of Construction: Gray Iron
O & 80 Series Close-Pumps
Close-coupled, electric motor-driven pumps are available for installation where space is limited. Motors are explosion proof. Highly efficient and designed to handle flammable liquids
Sizes: 1 1/4″ to 2″
Max Capacity: 135 GPM
Max Head: 92′
Seal Elastomer: Viton or Teflon
Material of Construction: Gray Iron
60 & VGH Series End Suction Centrifugal Pumps
VG & VGH centrifugal pumps are designed for the heavy duty transfer of refined petroleum products. VG & VGH pumps are available in casing material of ductile iron. 60 Series pumps are the straight centrifugal version of the Roto-Prime available in ductile iron or cast steel casing material. VG, VGH & 60 Series offer high head capabilities.
Power-Take-Off Pumps
Gorman-Rupp PTO driven pumps are the standard for pumping light viscosity fuel oils, aircraft fuels and gasoline. Designed for truck mounting with some sizes available with integral hydraulic motor. Compact and rugged, these pumps feature lightweight aluminum volute and impeller, replaceable bronze wear ring and quiet operation (O3H available in ductile iron). Pumps are available in right or left hand rotation.
Gorman-Rupp Rotary Gear Pumps
GMS medium duty iron series pumps are intermediate duty pumps. GMS pumps like all Gorman Rupp gear pumps, can be supplied with head and back jackets, carbon graphite bushings for low viscosity liquids, silicon carbide bushings for wear resistance.
GHS heavy duty iron series pumps are continuous duty pumps, designed for applications of clean liquid compatible with cast iron. Oils, lubricates, filter & fuel lubricants have been successfully handled by Gorman-Rupp GHS Series pumps.
GHA series of pumps features heavy duty rotor shaft support and an integral radial/thrust bearing for reduced deflection and wear. Used for liquids compatible with cast iron. Emulsions, inks, adhesives, waste oil, paints – have been successfully handled by GHA pumps.
